From the first excavation to the finished structure, Mujo Ba covers the key stages needed to deliver a stable, durable building.

Excavation & foundations

Casting of slabs, beams, columns and other reinforced concrete elements using our own concrete and pumping equipment.

Structural concrete works

We work with both investors and developers to create landmarks that make an impact.

Masonry & partition walls

Construction of external and internal walls using materials specified in the project for insulation and stability.

Building envelope & roof

Structural roof works and closure of the building shell to protect interiors and prepare for finishing trades.

Coordination with other trades

Coordination with mechanical, electrical and finishing trades on site to keep the project aligned and on schedule.

External works around the building

Basic external works such as access, small retaining structures and preparation for surrounding infrastructure.

Planning

We review project documentation, clarify requirements with the client and prepare a realistic programme and offer.

Preparation

Site is organised, machinery and teams are scheduled, and excavation and foundations begin under supervision.

Construction
